- TOUR/TEAM LEADER (TL) must be assigned for every group. It can be the highest-ranking employee, member from the group.
He/she will be responsible for the group during the tour. Not valid for passengers 60 yrs. old above and must be a Filipino passport holder

a. Business Registration of Tour Operator in Korea (printed or clear soft copy)
b. Full itinerary with flight details
c. Copy of business card of the signatory
ADDITIONAL FOR SPONSORED TRIP (FOR COMPANY INCENTIVE / EDUCATIONAL TRIP BELOW COLLEGIATE)
a. Photocopy of Business Registration from SEC or DTI
b. Photocopy of Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit
c. Guarantee letter from Company with list of employees/participants (passport names and passport numbers indicated) in company letter head with original signature
d. Latest Original Bank Certification with Average daily balance, actual balance and date opened issued within 1-3 months of application
e. Latest Original Bank statement 3 months
f. Copy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 with BIR Stamp
